Overview
The Faculty of Dentistry at An-Najah National University is considered one of the leading faculties in dental education in Palestine. It was established with the aim of preparing dentists who are academically and clinically qualified and capable of providing comprehensive and safe oral healthcare in accordance with the latest academic and clinical international standards. The faculty is committed to offering an integrated educational environment that combines theoretical instruction with practical and clinical training, thereby enhancing students’ professional skills and competencies.
The faculty comprises a distinguished group of academic staff with extensive scientific and clinical expertise, in addition to advanced teaching clinics and modern laboratories that provide students with valuable hands-on training and exposure to a wide range of clinical cases. The Faculty also places strong emphasis on scientific research and encourages both students and academic staff to engage in research activities that contribute to the advancement of dental sciences and the improvement of healthcare quality.
In line with its social responsibility, the Faculty of Dentistry is dedicated to community service through the provision of therapeutic, preventive, and educational services to various segments of society, particularly underserved populations. The Faculty strives to align its academic programs with international standards, notably those of the Association for Dental Education in Europe (ADEE), ensuring the graduation of competent professionals capable of keeping pace with recent developments and competing at both regional and international levels.
